Absolutely! Each of our eco-kind laundry sheet products are hypoallergenic!  Scented and unscented are non-sensitive to humans and pets. 

Our environmentally conscious household cleaning products have been created and manufactured using naturally derived ingredients. Each of these home goods have our stamp of approval for being allergy-free, however you can be sure by checking the full ingredients list on each independent product page on this website. 

Our highly concentrated, bio-degradable laundry sheets come in an un-scented variety. Our line of household cleaning products are also available scent-free.

Our unique, biodegradable laundry sheets as well as our household cleaning products do not have an anti-bacterial claim. Anti-viral products contain ingredients that we cannot here at Purecise Clean utilize and feel confident we’re sharing our products with eco-kind in mind.

Yes, you can feel safe handling and using our eco-kind laundry sheets as well as our household cleaning products throughout your pregnancy journey. Purecise Clean developed our product line without ‘volatile organic compounds’ (VOCs); however like with all cleaning products we advise speaking to your physician to be sure.

Definitely! We are proud to share that all our Purecise Clean products are 100% cruelty-free, vegan and gluten free. Please note however that at no time are you to consume or ingest any one of our cleaning products - while they are 100% environmentally safe, cleaning products are not intended to be used in any other way to clean your clothes, home goods and household surfaces.

Purecise Clean products are designed and developed in the USA, and are currently being manufactured with our eco-kind partners in The PRC alongside Purecise Clean quality assurance regulators.

Not in any way! All our products are produced VOC-free (volatile organic compounds) so they are safe to use around your furry friends and any animal. 

You can! While we recommend warm water for most cycles to help activate the cleaning ingredient the most effectively, our 100% eco-kind sheets have been tested on hot, warm and cold cycles and each load came out clean, bright and stain-free.

We do our very best to keep all our products in stock, but sometimes bestsellers are tough to keep on hand - no worries though, just make sure you add your email to the “email me when back in stock” feature on any product page and we will notify you ASAP the minute those favorites are ready to purchase again.

When you place an order from our online store, you can typically expect your items to ship within 1-2 business days. If you place multiple orders at the same time, our customer service staff will group them whenever possible.

Please note that due to the current US supply chain issues, shipping carriers can take up to 7-10 days to fully process and deliver your order. We will provide tracking the moment your order has shipped from Purecise Clean and you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

All orders processed on our Purecise Clean website will be processed within 48 hours whenever possible; our customer service support is closed on weekends and all recognized US holidays, so if your order comes in at that time we will process the following business day. All orders receive a real-time email notification as soon as your purchase has been paid and we follow up with all tracking notifications the minute your item(s) have left our warehouse.

Our Precise Clean commitment to our customers is to make sure you're happy with everything you purchase from us so whenever things aren't 100%, or if you placed your order and you made a mistake, or you decided quickly you wanted to change your selection, customers are asked to email our customer service support no less than two (2) hours from the time of your purchase so that we can hurry to correct the problem.

Tracking your Precise Clean order is easy - just head over to My Account and enter your order number for shipping and delivery updates. You will also receive via email all shipping updates from our customer service and the carrier handling your order.

If for any reason you do no love your Purecise Clean products we offer a 100% Happy You return policy - just keep your products and toss them away if you want! If you feel you are entitled to a monetary refund, or exchange, our customer service personel will gladly process your exchange, or refund request. In the event your order arrives, and you're not satisfied, or the package is damaged, please feel free to contact us on our Customer Support page with images to show damages and we will be in touch via email directly. We do! Purecise Clean is happy to offer ecards for redemption on our site. Our digital gift cards have no additional processing fees and never expire. Any e-card purchased on Purecise’s website is not eligible for redemption at any special event or in-person popup shop.
