Purecise Clean is open 24 hours a day online however our customer support team works from 8:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). We are closed weekends all recognized US holidays. For any order placed during an off hour your order will be processed the following business day.
When it comes to ordering products online we understand that sometimes things just don't work out - for that reason Purecise Clean wants to assure all our customers that we stand behind our products 100% and guarantee our quality and service are second to none. If for any reason you feel you would like to return or exchange a recent purchase, we offer our ‘keep or toss it’ offer! You can keep any unused portion or if you prefer, just toss it in a recycling bin and that’s all you need to do!
Our refund policy is easy to understand - just toss it! Our customer support team will process your refund once we receive your unused, unopened product in its original packaging with no signs of tampering.
If your order was damaged in shipping we will refund the full purchase price once approved; submit your request in the form provided and include photos to support your claim.
All approved refunds will be issued back to the card for your transaction - some refunds can take up to 7 calendar days to post, please check with your bank or card provider for details.
Any approved returns must be in its original packaging.
Purecise Clean cannot accept responsibility or replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
