    Purecise Clean offers our customers within the continental US will always receive free shipping!

    Our friends in Canada will pay only $8.95 USD. 

    When you place an order from our online store, you can typically expect your items to ship within 1-2 business days. If you place multiple orders at the same time, our customer service staff will group them whenever possible.

    Please note that due to the current US supply chain issues, shipping carriers can take up to 7-10 days to fully process and deliver your order. We will provide tracking the moment your order has shipped from Purecise Clean and you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

    All orders processed on our Purecise Clean website will be processed within 48 hours whenever possible; our customer service support is closed on weekends and all recognized US holidays, so if your order comes in at that time we will process the following business day. All orders receive a real-time email notification as soon as your purchase has been paid and we follow up with all tracking notifications the minute your item(s) have left our warehouse.

    Returns

    We want you to be happy, but if you're not for any reason... just toss it! Our customer support team will process your refund once we receive your unused, unopened product in its original packaging with no signs of tampering.

    If your order was damaged in shipping we will refund the full purchase price once approved; submit your request in the form provided and include photos to support your claim.

    All approved refunds will be issued back to the card for your transaction - some refunds can take up to 7 calendar days to post, please check with your bank or card provider for details.

    Any approved returns must be in its original packaging.

    Purecise Clean cannot accept responsibility or replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
