Purecise Clean customers within the continental US always receive free shipping. Our friends in Canada pay only $8.95 USD.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking the moment your order leaves our warehouse. Our customer service team is closed on weekends and all recognized US holidays, so orders placed at those times are processed the following business day.
Returns — the Keep It or Toss It Guarantee
If Purecise isn’t right for you, we’ll make it right — and you don’t need to ship anything back. You have 30 days from delivery.
- Get in touch through our Customer Support page within 30 days of delivery and tell us what went wrong.
- Choose a full refund or a replacement, whichever you would rather have.
- Keep whatever is left of the product, or drop it in the recycling. There is nothing to post back to us and no return shipping to pay.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most post within 7 calendar days, though the exact timing is set by your bank or card provider.
If your order was damaged in shipping, submit your request in the form on the Customer Support page and include photos to support your claim. We will refund the full purchase price or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.
